Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Sports Fitness ("we", "us"), part of Sports Group. By creating an account or taking out a membership you agree to them.

1. Your membership

A membership gives you personal, non-transferable access to the courses, guides and recipes on this site for as long as it remains active. You may not share your login, or copy, download, redistribute or publicly show our content.

2. Payment and renewal

Memberships are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops the next payment and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically refund part-used periods.

If you are a UK consumer you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind. Because the content is available to you immediately, starting to use it during that period may reduce or end that right.

4. Health and safety

Our content is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting any new exercise or eating programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or managing a health condition. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for training within your own limits and stopping if something hurts.

5. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that share access, abuse the service, or breach these terms.

6. Changes to the service

We add, update and occasionally retire content. If we make a significant change to the price or to these terms, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
